A great picture in terms of subject and composition can be ruined by distractions. Know what they are and remove them!
Simple as that.
- Have I focused on my subject?
- Is there anything in the picture that distracts?
- Have I simplified the shot?
Sometimes you just have to take the picture as it presents itself; but these principles/questions should be asked when you are post processing in a program like Lightroom or Luminar.
Work on developing your eye; how you see the work around you…and always have a camera with you! As said the best camera is the one that you have with you…therefore, you can’t take that beautiful sunrise if its sitting on your dresser at home.
Thanks for reading, keep on shooting, and, as always I look forward to your continued support.
